Academic Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern your participation MBD Apps Academic Referral Program, which we’ll call Program here for short. The Program is run by us; Model Based Development Applications LLC or MBD Apps.

The Participants referred to below are you (a Referrer Student), and the person you’ve referred (an Academic Oficial). To be eligible for a reward, you, as participants must agree to be bound by the rules described below.

Definitions
1. Referrer Student: A student of an academic institution that agrees to refer an Academic Oficial under these terms and conditions.
2. Academic Oficial: A person authorized to purchase goods and services for an academic institution.
3. Qualified Purchase: A purchase made using the unique code generated on this page. A purchase becomes final thirty (30) days after it is made.
Overview of Program
1. To be an eligible participant in the Program, you must meet the following conditions:
  1. You are a current student of an academic institution
  2. You have a valid email address from our academic institution.
  3. You personally know the person you are referring.
2. If you meet all of the conditions above, you will be able to generate a unique code that can be used by the Academic Official to make a single purchase on our website.
3. If eligible, you, the Referrer Student, will receive a reward payment equivalent to 10% of the total discounted purchase amount on a Qualified Purchase payable thru PayPal.
  1. You, the Referrer Student, will receive a notification once the sale if final.
  2. You, the Referrer Student, will have five days, to reply to the email and provide the details of the PayPal account that you wish to use to receive your payment.
4. If you receive a reward, you (as a Referrer Student) are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it.
5. By participating in the Program, you release MBD Apps and their agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to the reward.
6. MBD Apps reserves that right to suspend you as Referrer Student from the Program at any time and reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Program at any time.
7. Please note that if you are a Referrer Student, your name used to create your your referral code will be included in our communications with the Academic Official.
8. By taking part you agree:
  1. To comply with all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws.
  2. To send referral emails only to people that you know.
  3. Not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or invasive or that may be considered spamming.
9. MBD Apps reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
